    How long is a session?

    Each session runs for about 15 minutes and then switches off automatically, so you can lie back and let it run. No need to watch the clock.

    You will hear the air pump working while the massage runs. If you want complete quiet, use heat-only mode: the pump stays off and it makes no sound at all. You can also pair your phone over Bluetooth and play your own music. Some people prefer earphones or ear plugs, which block it out completely.

    It blocks out almost all of it. The cushions sit close around the eyes, so the room goes dark even with a lamp on.

    Wipe the plastic with a soft cloth. The cushions can be wiped and dried too, but use as little liquid as possible and avoid liquid cleaners.
